as soon as you step into the house you experience the space. a large hall with access to the storage room, toilet and living room. because of the large windows and garden doors you have a lot of light in the living room, but also a nice view of your garden. the semi-open kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook delicious meals.

upstairs you will find three bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub, shower stall and sink. two generous closets and the knee partitions give you some storage space.

and then the garden. lovely south and west facing, completely free and sheltered. what a great prospect to be able to sit here in the sun next spring.

this house is fully equipped with plastic frames with hr++ glazing so painting is no longer necessary. the heating is by means of a central heating boiler, but also an air conditioner that can heat, and if that is not enough you can also turn on the wood stove. and to top it off, there are also ten solar panels. you just keep money with so little energy costs!
